Carrd Templates

free to use ! please just don't remove the credit.

Custom Carrds

While I wouldn't say I take "carrd commissions", I'm happy to make a custom carrd in my sort of style with hand-made elements, animations, and just extra features that I don't typically include in my free templates. This will likely require you to be subscribed to Pro Standard ($19/yearly) as the amount of elements will exceed carrd's free plan. This process would look like -
1. We discuss the carrd idea and vision, vibes, potential page layouts, what information is included, color palettes, any special requests, etc.
2. I set up a mock-up for page layout for approval, and do an initial check for things like fonts and colors.
3. I find all the necessary flavor art/pics based on given vibes and will send them over for approval, then add them to the carrd. I'll include a credit section for art.
4. I make custom elements for things like buttons, graphics, etc etc.
5. I add either placeholders for writing, or you send me what you have already and I put implement it.
6. Once the carrd looks good to you, I'll require the email you use for carrd and transfer it to you! All yours!
I don't typically require payment for this, but donations to my Ko-Fi are much appreciated. This just accounts for things like my carrd subscription, the subscriptions for the tools I use for editing, etc.

Heya! I'm clover (also called clovis by friends). I'm a 20-something queer woman from the United States in the EST/EDT timezone. I've been writing and roleplaying since the early 2010s and I got my sites on the cringe sites of old... Tumblr and Fanfiction.net- Yeah yeah I know. I'm a paragraph roleplayer and I greatly value the quality of my RP.I'm generally pretty easy going about things so long as there is communication and consent. My favorite thing above all else is exploring characters that are so damningly human (flawed, awful, selfish, greedy, etc etc) so my style of RP can border into getting pretty dark and gritty, much as I hate that phrase. I'm a big enjoyer of the wacky parts of TES lore and while I consider myself generally a "serious roleplayer" I'm not always taking myself 100% seriously. Sometimes my posts get a little silly and sometimes I do silly things but I try to not be obnoxious and will tone it back upon request. Some of my preferences are listed below - Please take time to read them if you're interested in RPing!

Long-Term PlotsI adore long-term character connections and am more than happy to brainstorm plot ideas that could last!
One-ShotsI love to DM funky little one-shots. One off things are great.
Character ConnectionsI like to prioritize character interactions and connections in my RP. I love love when characters can develop together!
Lore BendingThere are some parts of TES lore that I fully understand are left up to interpretation. I'm cool with a little lore bending and headcanoning.
Espionage/Criminal RPMost of my characters dabble in the illicit. I love heists!
Dark ThemesI'm more than happy to RP dark themes including but not limited to: horror, gritty realism, trauma, violence, twist-of-fate, etc.
Niche Lore/MagicI don't necessarily consider myself a high magic RPer as I believe magical feats take a great amount of effort and can have dastardly consequences, but I also understand that TES is a pretty high fantasy universe on occasion and I love to explore things related to realms of Oblivion, the Daedra, freaky magic shit, etc etc.
Adult ThemesSex, violence, drugs, all cool with me. I do, however, appreciate communication with these particular themes because they can blend into the whole "dark themes" thing on occasion. It's also important to note that while I'm okay with a mention of sex or sexual themes (ie prostitution in Tamriel, trafficking, etc etc) I don't explicitly ERP.
RomanceThis isn't an avenue I'm interested in exploring with my characters and I don't make exceptions.
ERPI'm not prudish, just relevant to the above.
Sexual AssaultA vague mention is fine but in actual RP, no.
Permanent MutilationAs much as I can respect RPers for being okay with permanently changing their characters' appearance, I've spent way too much money on art :')
Character DeathSame reason as above, I have spent/will be spending too much money on art.
"Casual RP"I'm not a big fan of extended tavern style RP. I love candid character conversation and bonding moments, but preferably in a setting where there's motive and action behind it.
Lore BreakingI'm not interested in RPing with characters and concepts that outright break the lore. No Dwemer airships in my RP, thank you.
Sub-18 Characters/PlayersI do not want to RP with children, child characters, or characters that present as children physically or mentally (anything close to 'loli', basically).
OOC BigotryI feel like this goes without saying but no OOC bigotry (I don't get along with people that think I should be reduced to an incubator !!!) and this extends to certain forms of IC bigotry, like transphobia and homophobia given that they simply do not exist in TES.
RP No-NosMetagaming, powergaming, bleeding are an absolute no.

Things That Warrant an Insta-Block
- Blending/bleeding/whatever you know it as
IC =/= OOC. Again for the people in the back: IC does NOT equal OOC. The moment lines get blurred between IC and OOC I’m out. Just don’t be creepy and we’re good :)

The Daibethe Kotu Casino

/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@cloverpatch", 57)

The Daibethe Kotu Casino or as it’s more easily known, the Daibethe Kotu, is a social lounge located in the depths of Abah’s Landings’ market district. Though primarily focused on gambling and its casino crowd, the Daibethe Kotu offers multiple other forms of entertainment! From late night burlesque shows to locally sourced hookah and drinks, the Daibethe Kotu is the pinnacle of luxurious socializing.

HISTORY OF THE DAIBETHE KOTU
As the great House Vien rose to prominence supplying Abah’s Landing with brothels and drug dens, the Daibethe Kotu started off its early days as one of their many locations in the city. It’d seen generation after generation of Vien Lords and Ladies when it served as a faithful brothel, though it was never the most popular of locations given its proximity to the more undesirable factions within the city. After many years of steadily dying, House Vien decided to cut the dead weight and sold the location.
Enter the shareholders - an elusive group of varying reputation that came together to obtain the Daibethe Kotu and turn it into what it is today. Though the shareholders have reportedly never been seen, rumors of their creed and standing are immense; one a Breton, a few Redguards, and even a Maormer! Regardless of rumors, the shareholders ensure neutrality and privacy. Whatever business occurs in the Daibethe Kotu is kept quiet… So long as it doesn’t affect the establishment itself, of course.

The Star-Eater Observatory

/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@cloverpatch", 70)

When the Tavan Wave descended upon the peninsula of Khefrem's Boot, there was nothing apart from rock and lush flora. Prince Hubalajad saw potential in the untouched lands, and thus started a soldier's encampment that soon turned into the great walled city of Abah's Landing.During the early construction of the city, Stargazers and worshippers of Tall Papa gathered material to build an observatory on the rocky outcropping north of Abah's Landing. They deemed it 'The Star-Eater Observatory' for the serpent that sought to consume the stars themselves, Sep.The Thrassian Plague wreaked havoc upon Hew's Bane and diminished the Stargazers and the Observatory to rubble. For many years, only the grand orrery and telescope remained in tact but long forgotten to time, hidden beneath an era of rock and reminders of sickness.Recent times have seen the orrery click back to life and the grand telescope aimed back towards the stars. New occupants have begun to reach out to the Void and planes beyond.

The Tipsy Toadfish

Located in the docks in Abah's Landing, the Tipsy Toadfish is named after its clients - Drunken sailors and pirates. Mostly pirates.

Ald Vellum Books

/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@cloverpatch", 91)

Once a block of townhomes in the city of Leyawiin, this property has recently undergone extensive renovations and opened its doors as Ald Vellum Books! This is no simple bookstore selling common literature, of course - Ald Vellum boasts a collection of antiques, first editions, rare tomes, and an gallery full of art and relics provided by generous donors, both local and abroad. Most impressively, the shop's courtyard has been converted into a statue garden, surrounded by botanical wonders from all corners of Tamriel!Staff on Site:

The Osprey

/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@cloverpatch", 99)

Once an Altmeri war vessel, this boat has had its eagle head hull dismantled and repurposed into another bird of prey and donned a new name, the Osprey. While large and domineering within the seas of Tamriel, this ship is hardly used for pilfering, plundering, or piracy. Rather, their business is in prisoner transport and bounty hunting. With a crew of sharp-nosed mercenaries and bounty hunters, the Osprey is a vessel known to be an enemy to pirates, treasonous lawmen, thieves, and traitors of the Pact and Covenant. The Captain, and Altmer by the name Vinancarin, is allegedly a Dominion exile and thus spends his days in the waters of Covenant, Pact, and independent Imperial territories.Known Crew:
Captain Vinancarin
First-Mate Nikola Frey
~30 unnamed crewmen (fodder)
IC Spottings:
Literally anywhere except for Dominion lands.
Employment Opportunities
Skilled bounty hunters and sailors are welcome to seek out the Osprey for employment. OOC, different named ship roles are welcome to be filled out. The Osprey isn't a guild or really a group, but more a means to do silly little bounty hunts and things.
